How to Delete Your Account (In-App Method)
Step 1: Open HoiiiBits
Launch the HoiiiBits app on your device and sign in to your account.
Step 2: Go to Settings
Tap Settings (
) from the bottom navigation, you will see Account section.
Step 3: Find “Delete Account”
Tap Delete Account in Account section.
Step 4: Confirm Deletion
Read the confirmation screen carefully. Then tap Delete My Account to confirm.
Step 5: Account Deleted
Your account and associated cloud data will be permanently deleted from our servers. You will be signed out automatically.
Warning: Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Once deleted, your habit history, streaks, and weekly recaps cannot be recovered.
What Data Gets Deleted
When you delete your HoiiiBits account, we permanently remove the following data associated with your account (subject to limited backup retention as described in our Privacy Policy):
- Account Information: email, authentication identifiers, profile info (if provided)
- Habits & Schedules: habit names, categories, goals, recurrence rules, habit colors, reminder preferences
- Progress Logs: completion records, streaks, and check-ins
- Analytics Data: derived insights and progress summaries generated from your logs
- Weekly Recaps: weekly recap history (including AI-generated recap text, if enabled)
- Settings: theme preferences (light/dark), notification preferences, and other in-app settings
Subscriptions & Billing (Important)
Deleting your account does not automatically cancel subscriptions purchased through the Apple App Store or Google Play. You must cancel your subscription in your App Store / Play Store account settings to avoid future charges.
- Apple: Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions
- Google Play: Play Store → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions
